  • Self-identified women executives and emerging leaders
  • Complete an annual survey

About the C-Suite Paradigm Project

The C-Suite Paradigm Project is a 10-year longitudinal business research study.   GEBC will deploy 200 Executive Coaches partnering with 20,000 executive women to fill the C-suite pipeline to achieve parity in the C-suite of Fortune 500 companies in the United States by 2030. The mission of this board is to support the development of executive women leaders, focused on the execution of “The C-Suite Paradigm Project” and complete an Annual Report reflecting the progress of 20,000+ executive women leaders on their journey to the C-Suite. The GEBC Annual Report: 20,000 by 2030 will be published annually.

The purpose of “The C-Suite Paradigm Project” is to disrupt the status quo and gain momentum for the economic impact and empowerment of women executives in Fortune 500 companies.  This business research project facilitated by GEBC endeavors to be the catalyst for transformational leadership of Global 500 companies in the specific area of cultural competence and exponential growth and development for executive women with a vision and capability to attain Chief Officer roles.  Local and global leaders must accept and embrace the full potential of the entire human race; racial, gender equality, equity, and ending women suffrage can heal our nation.  The research finding s indicate that the full potential scenario could add $28 Trillion to the GDP in 2025.
