Dr. Vivian Smith Del-Toro, DBA, MBA
Dr. Vivian Smith-Del Toro (Dr. Vivian) achieved a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Michigan State University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and life-time member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority. Dr. Vivian is the Author of, “Strategies for Women’s Economic Impact and Empowerment; Journey to the C-Suite”.
Dr. Vivian’s career has provided leadership consultancy for 120 Fortune 500 and 19 Global 500 organizations. Dr. Vivian is the CEO and her husband, Andres Del Toro, President and co-owners of American Financial Real Estate, LLC. Dr. Vivian is the Founder and Chairperson of the Board for Global Executive Business Consultants (GEBC). GEBC is a business research, Project Management, and global leadership development consultancy; with a focus on driving Lean Enterprise Transformation and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (https://globalexecutivebusinessconsultants.com/company).
In 2021 GEBC launched a 10-year longitudinal research study, “The C-Suite Paradigm” (https://csuiteparadigm.org). The C-Suite Paradigm Project mission is to deploy 200 Executive Coaches working with 20,000 executive women to fill the C-suite pipeline over the next 10 years to achieve parity in the C-suite of Fortune 500 companies in the U. S. by 2030. This research project is lead by Dr. Vivian and endeavors to disrupt the status quo and gain momentum for the economic impact and empowerment of women executives in Fortune 500 companies. “C-Suite Paradigm” is the catalyst for the transformation of Global 500 companies for cultural competence and exponential growth and development. Local and global leaders must accept and embrace the full potential of the entire human race; racial, gender equality, equity, and ending women suffrage can heal our nation and our world.

Vivek Bidi
Vivek is an experienced leader with the unique combination of deep product management expertise, disruptive executive leadership, and a portfolio of motivational keynotes that have inspired thousands of individuals.
Over his career journey, he has had the fortunate privilege of driving explosive change across Fortune 100 companies such as Goldman Sachs and Northwestern Mutual as well as rapidly scaling multiple startups such as LearnVest, Sterling BackCheck, and mySwapp that were all acquired. Having led in both environments has taught him the lesson of blending aspects of the best of both cultures together, which is the key to a winning business strategy.
Vivek is now an entrepreneur, advisor, public speaker, and author focused on sharing insights with others in his industry. He is passionate about sharing these lessons on stage so others can benefit from his experiences.
Vivek received a double major in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering.

Theresa Shirley
Dr. Teresa Shirley is a Global Program consultant for Services and Diversity and Inclusion at DellEMC. Dr. Shirley assists global teams in developing and maintaining strategic initiatives for sustainable performance results within services. She also consults with the organizations’ Diversity and Inclusion program with a specific focus on attracting top diverse talent maximizing competitive advantage. She has held several key strategic leadership roles throughout her tenure. With a maniacal focus on execution, Dr. Shirley has been named Dell Champion 4 of her 8 years at Dell and Cultural Recipient of the Year for the past 3 years for her work in community outreach. Academically, Dr. Shirley’s recent research challenges organizations to reevaluate their approach to assisting society in removing barriers for individuals seeking to reclaim their position in society after incarceration. Dr. Shirley prides herself on her servant leadership approach which reminds her to lead by example and provides her with the ability to build trusting relationships with those whom she serves. Personally, Dr. Shirley has been married for 6 years. She has three daughters for whom demonstrating resilience, the rejection of excuses, and the power to run through any barrier is her continued living example to them, future women of power.

Kimberly Zanders-Scales
Kimberly Z. Scales an educator and team leader with over 15 years’ experience in Career Development, Sales, Business Training, Business Administration; including Beauty Salon stylist/educator/entrepreneur. Making several contributions to successful performance in many workplace development initiatives. Kimberly has proven leadership strength with group training, individual business sales training, and educational facilitator. Skilled in trainee engagement and Business coaching development; within her leadership roles as Aveda Institute Educator, Paul Mitchell Educator, Hair Cuttery Salon Leader, Sports Clips Area Manager & Trainer, and Barbizon Modeling Instructor. Kimberly’s training and professional career path in business management and workforce management are enhanced with an Associate Degree Entrepreneurship Business, and a Bachelor of Science CTE Workforce Development from Appalachian State University, which led to enhancing studies and training with Economic Workforce Development Program volunteer, which appeals to Kimberly’s personal and professional interest. While she continues service work with Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society and Royal Curtain Drama Guild of Winston-Salem, NC.
Today, Kimberly is focused on education and training that will enhance opportunities to service the community and encourage others to pursue their workplace goals……to improve vision and goals as it relates to professional growth. She has recently launched NC Beauty Network to provide advanced training and professional development opportunities to future beauty professionals and continue professional development training as a member of The National Career Development Association member.

Dr. Eddie Tiggs
Dr. Eddie L. Tiggs is a strategic business and educational consulting professional with 30+ years of leadership, human resources, and financial experiences. Dr. Tiggs has strong leadership capabilities with multi-disciplinary strengths in education, operations, marketing, sales, finance, strategy, and business development. Dr. Tiggs manifest a collective and thorough track record to develop and execute innovative growth initiatives. Eddie presents a unique combination of board operating management providing strategic, analytic and creative value-added experiences in a wide variety education and business circumstances. Dr. Tiggs received his Associates of Arts degree in the sciences. With a thirst to complete his bachelor’s degree, Dr. Tiggs relocated from the mid-west to Fresno, California and attended California State University, Fresno as a Pre-Pharmacy major. Eddie secured leadership roles within several Fortune 500 companies. Dr. Tiggs pharmaceutical career with Wyeth/Ayerst Pharmaceutical Company prospered and he was promoted to Phoenix. Eddie was recruited by the Monsanto Corporation as an Area Sales Manager.
Eddie currently owns a consulting company and has completed his Doctorate in Education with specialization in Global Training and Development. Dr. Tiggs served as Chairman of the governing board for the George Gervin Prep Academy, National Sales Network, Chairman, University of New Mexico Advisory Board, Board member, Arizona Department of Education African American Action Committee, Chairman, Board of Directors, Fly for The Culture, Inc. President, Homeowners Association, Sandia Plaza Condominiums and Carrillo Ranch Homeowners Association.

Ebony Langston currently works at TTEC, a customer experience strategy company where she serves as Vice President, Sales Executive in the healthcare vertical. Ebony Langston has been in the BPO industry for the last 15 years leading large, multichannel and geographically diverse relationships. With a strong background in healthcare, and a reputation for building high performance teams, she has worked with organizations to build centers supporting acquisition, retention, and member services in both single and multi-carrier environments managing annual revenue up to $30M and up to 1,200 employees. Ebony has experience utilizing different digital solutions that help to provide a consistent consumer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. In 2020 she took her passion for health and wellness and founded an Executive and Health Coaching practice aptly named You Deserve You. Working with emerging leaders in their career and organization, Ebony’s approach to coaching looks at the whole woman to create a unique personalized strategy to achieving more by shifting the traditional “work harder” mindset to one that prioritizes your own well-being first to better serve others. Ebony combines traditional Executive Coaching and Health Coaching to create high performing women with the high performing bodies to sustain. Ebony has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Duke University; M.B.A from Webster University, is a Certified Diversity Professional (Institute for Diversity Certification), Primal Certified Health Coach, NASM Personal Trainer certified, and is pursuing board certification in Executive Coaching. Alexis Gladstone
Alexis Gladstone is the founder of Intelead, a Chicago-based consulting practice dedicated to aligning people strategies, and business results. Intelead designs strategies and programs to help clients develop current and next generation leaders, increase the effectiveness of individuals in sales, and drive organizational change that delivers results. She has a passion for empowering professional women and helping them develop their confidence and increase their success. She is a sought out voice, trainer, and coach on the topics of women and leadership and helping clients recruit, develop, and retain female talent. Alexis has presented, trained, and coached thousands of individuals in public and private companies, higher education, and not-for-profit organizations. These clients are in industries including as financial and legal services, manufacturing, and hospital/medical. Internationally she has been honored to present and train at a number of financial organizations in Melbourne Australia, for business and government leaders in Harbin China, and for corporate leaders in the UK. With a strong belief in giving back, Alexis has been active in a variety of organizations that educate, coach and mentor women at all stages of their career and has held a number of leadership roles within them.
